GENERAL CONSULTING & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Development, execution and support of strategic and integrated plans and programs, including but not limited to earned and paid media, direct mail and collateral programs, digital and field, and events
Strategic partnerships with key partners, principals and stakeholders, vendors and staff
Project management and support of long- and short-term programs
Use of research and data to inform strategic programs and tactics, and to measure and evaluate progress

Organizational and operational management and support (including serving in fractional leadership roles) for new and expanding organizations
Operational processes and procedures for long-term strategic plans and programs, and day-to-day protocol implementation, with an eye for increased efficiency, coordination, capacity and accountability, and a streamlined and prioritized workflow
Administrative and financial systems and processes, including management of budgets, grants, expenses and expenditures

Logistical development and production support for large-scale and small turnkey events, including but not limited to site advance, program development including runs of show and scripts, collection of deliverables, program participant communications and preparedness, and VIP and media logistics
VIP and special guest arrangements and movement, including security, green room and backstage coordination
